Daily Diet Tips – What Foods Help Keep Alzheimer’s Away

Alzheimer’s disease is said to be due to the deposit of proteins called amyloid-beta protein peptides that are produced which result to genetic mutations and eventually form plaques in the brain. It is said to be the most common cause of dementia.  The new research held in Canada showed that among the different substances tested for their ability to slow down the development of such disease, ginger, blueberries, rhubarb, turmeric, cinnamon and resveratrol showed significant ability to block the build-up of such proteins. So, block Alzheimer’s by incorporating these foods in your daily diet.
